Food at Yana Puma Center

Proper diet and nutrition are a vital part of the healing process, so Yana Puma Center focuses on making our food as fresh, healthy and nutritious as possible.

Our menu focuses on fresh fruits and vegetables, with a variety of soups, salads, casseroles and other vegetarian dishes. For those people with special dietary restrictions, such as diabetes and food allergies, we can adjust their diet accordingly.

Dietary Resctrictions

It is essential to keep the so-called La Dieta (Spanish for diet)  to prepare your body and spirit to meet with the medicine and enhance healing, cleansing and insight. La Dieta not only includes a special diet, but also changes in behavior.

La Dieta should be followed 7 or minimum 3 days prior to coming to Yana Puma Center.

Maybe this could be the ideal moment to make permanent qualitative change in your diet. People who do not follow the diet have a lot more uncomfortable and difficult experience with the medicine.

In addition to the special diet regime, which is described in detail bellow, it is necessary to abstain from sexual intercourse and masturbation for 7 days prior to coming to Yana Puma Center, and 7 days after leaving the Center.

Alcohol and recreational drugs should not be consumed at least two weeks before coming to the Center,  and at least a week after leaving the Center. Both things cause very unpleasant consequences because the medicine does not support them, especially MDMA, which is life-threatening to consume before or after taking the medicine.

You can smoke natural tobacco, without additives, in a spiritually conscious way, because  the medicine has an affinity for tobacco.

It is very important that you let us know if you are taking any medication or suffering from any disease, especially severe disease. Medications, except in special cases, should also not be consumed for at least a week before the ceremony. The same is true for natural remedies (ginseng preparations, mushroom, ephedra, etc.). Please see FAQ to learn more.
